Dr. Alan K. Caldwell

Dr. Alan K. Caldwell is an award-winning communication and public relations executive. From an early age, he was interested in building strong teams and making communities sustainable and resilient. It is no surprise that he is an academic researcher with a Ph.D. in leadership; he was President of the student council in elementary school, which is the genesis of his leadership journey. Dr. Caldwell’s research centers on leadership styles, theory, and application, with a unique focus on social behaviors. He believes that understanding social dynamics is crucial in shaping effective and good leadership. Recognizing the absence of early-age leadership education as a potential cause for adult leadership struggles, he envisions filling this gap by creating a learning platform for kids in leadership. This vision promises to prepare a generation of leaders who are well-equipped both professionally and personally as they transition into adulthood. Dr. Caldwell has lectured at several organizations on communication and leadership, including University of Los Angeles California (UCLA), Mount Saint Mary’s University, and Pepperdine University. His continued contributions to academic literature will focus on global leadership, youth leadership, and cultural organizational diversity.
